Unfortunately, we are not able to guarantee a specific delivery time. Our delivery schedule runs from 7 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday. Our delivery staff will contact the phone number provided to let you know that they are on their way. If you are planning to start work on a specific day, we recommend scheduling the delivery for the day prior, so you can have it at the start of your work day.

If you are planning for an event, we recommend reserving at least a week in advance to be sure that there is availability. For construction rentals, we recommend a lead time of at least two business days for delivery and pick up.

Your restroom rental must be placed in front of your property no further than 25 feet from the street. This ensures that we will have access for service. Unfortunately we do not allow placement in the backyard for construction projects or events.

If you are renting for an event, we will preschedule your pick up with you when you schedule your rental. If you are renting for construction, your rental will be billed on a 28 day billing cycle. Your rental will be billed until it is called in for pick up. We recommend a 2 day lead time for any pick up requests.
